HERCULINER is the first Do-It-Yourself brush-on polyurethane pick-up truck bed liner kit which features an advanced-formula coating of polyurethane and virgin rubber granules that forms a tough, textured protective coating that is skid resistant and protects the bed from rust. One gallon of Herculiner is enough to cover a six-foot pick-up truck bed, eight-foot beds require an addition quart of Herculiner. The kit contains:

Herculiner is a high quality and affordable alternative to plastic drop-in liners and professionally-applied spray-on liners, which can cost upwards of $500 to $600. Plastic drop-in liners also require drilling mounting holes into the bed, increasing the chance of the very rust that bed liners are intended to prevent. Herculiner is a ready-to-use, easy application product that beautifies and protects trucks from abuse and the environmental damage. It is waterproof and resistant to UV rays, chemicals and acids. Step One:
First you will need to clean the bed from dust and debris and mask of any areas that you do not want lined with Herculiner. Cleaning the surface will ensure that the protective coating you apply does not come off, specially during rough use. A abrasive pad is included with the kit.

Step Two:
The next step involves brushing or rolling the Herculiner coating on the bed surface. A brush is supplied for the corners and other hard-to-reach areas while two rollers are supplied for the entire bed surface. Depending on your speed, this process can take as little as 1 hour to fully cover the bed with Herculiner protective coating. This coating will then react with moisture in the air to cure and chemically bond to the surface.

Step Three:
The last step involves drying and in 1 hour the protective coating will be dry to the touch, and ready to use in 6 to 8 hours. The maximum cure time is 24 hours. Since Herculiner is a tough, polyurethane and rubber based formula, it allows for easy touchups when needed. Just paint over the wore or damaged area and you truck's bed will be back in original condition. This product can also be used for automotive undercoating, trailers, boat decks, terraces & decks, walkways, docks & ramps, pool decks, vinyl tile floors and on other work areas. This advanced formula can be further used on metal, concrete, wood, fiberglass, rubber and most plastics.

Important: One kit contains 1 gallon of Herculiner coating which is sufficient to cover 1 six-foot truck bed. Eight-foot beds will need an additional quart refill which is available separately.
